Booking Terms & conditions


These booking terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly made available online, through any mobile device, by email, or by telephone. By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform and by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.


Trip Booking Procedure

Any tour package booking or partial services should be confirmed through written email. Advance payment only ensured your booking confirmation. We will proceed with the hotel booking and the rest of the arrangements only after receiving the advance amount. We require INR 10000 or USD 200 per person as an advance payment. You can pay us through transfer/remit to our bank account. The balance amount must be cleared before your tour begins and can be paid through cash or credit/debit cards.


The validity of your trip cost

Prices advertised are based on the rate of exchange at the time of publishing and are subject to change without prior notice due to airfare increases and currency fluctuations. In case you want to change the date of your trip alternative dates will be fixed on mutual understanding and trip cost may change as per the situation. All prices are per person sharing a double/twin room unless otherwise specified. Single supplements will apply and will be quoted on request. Advance purchase, peak season surcharges, block out periods and minimum stay conditions may apply. Re-booking and cancellations fees apply.


Trip Cancelation Policy

You can cancel the travel program at any point in time by paying the cancelation charges. Cancellations made before 30 days will apply a 50% charge of an advance payment. Similarly, a 75% amount applies for 7 days before cancelation. Within 7 days of arrival, no amount will be refunded for any kind of booking cancelation. We have a provision to postpone your tour date within 3 months with additional cost if any. You can also transfer your trip to a third party without any additional charges useless if any domestic flight is included in the package. If you do so, please do it before a week of your trip date. Golden Nepal Holidays reserved all rights to cancel any booking with or without any reason. In that case, we will inform our guests as soon as possible in written format. We will refund the full booking amount within 15 working days.


Changes on your itinerary/program

You can able to request any possible changes in the itinerary, hotels, and sightseeing, but it is subject to approval by Golden Nepal Holidays. We have reserved the final authority to make any kind of fluctuations in our offered services and cost. We are able to change the itineraries, hotels, and sightseeing with or without any reason. All it depends on the availability of the rooms, vehicles, and the current situation. We will notify the guest about any changes via email or a phone call.


Hotels Reservation policy

The guest is not able to change the hotels after tour confirmation. They only can request to change for a similar category. However, they can request to upgrade the hotels at an additional cost. Hotel changes and up-gradation will depend on room availability at the chosen hotel. At the time of change and upgrade surcharges might apply which the guest should need liable. Hotel rooms will be provided as mentioned in the quotation. We will provide a similar category of hotels if rooms are not available in the given hotels. The room checkout time is 12:00 noon. You must check out after this time. If your departure time is late evening and you decide to use the room during the daytime, then an extra charge will incur. If you do not want to use the room then you can stay in the Hotel Lobby.


Travel Insurance Policy

Travel Insurance is compulsory for all the clients who are going to participate in any of our adventure activities. We would also recommend other travelers who come for any other recreational activities. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accidents, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and personal liability.

Having good travel insurance will not only guarantee you peace of mind while you travel with us but also provide you with complete cover for anything things that may go wrong. We recommend a comprehensive travel insurance policy that covers repatriation and evacuation in case of a medical emergency, cancellation, and curtailment as well as baggage and valuables. If your tour involves certain adventurous activities (i.e. Trekking, Mountain Biking, Rafting, Paragliding, Kailash Yatra ) you will need to make sure your policy specifically covers these activities. You may also need a specific cover for the expensive camera and mobile phone.
